First trimester: distracted and EXHAUSTED!
I sell real estate. Because its not a great market, staying peppy, upbeat, focused and motivated is very important to staying ahead of the game in my career.
Now all I feel like doing is napping, using the restroom every 10mins and shopping layette.
How do I 'snap' out of my pregnancy fog? How to stay ontop of work while pregnant, advice ?
Try increasing your protein intake and b vitamins...I take 50 mg of b6 twice a day and it worked ok....check with your doctor if that would be ok for you...don't worry, you'll perk up by the second trimester...hope you get better soonHow to stay ontop of work while pregnant, advice ?
