green leafy(yuck)veggies! i'm serious! i did this, still doing it.it's fast,and you will get used to the taste( i still hate the texture) use garlic,cayenne pepper,a little kosher salt and a little spicy brown mustard or light balsamic vinegar dressing on it eat it in a small bowl.drink water,diet coke.if you get hungry,eat a banana or an apple that's all! and do your crunches! everyday! and sidebends!

i definitly believe lots of healthy foods, and excercise, i know you will be told to death about it but its true! if you cant bring yourself to work out everyday at a gym, join a community centre and take a class or two...at least those tend to be fun and you feel the result right away because cant slack off like on your own, i find working out in a class pushes me further and you make tons of friends willing to help keep you motivated....but dont push your self too hard it will only backfire. dont do these diet scams they never work for long and end up doing more damage then good!

Well you could jog a bit and do a lot of sitt ups(it works) and try to eat salads
