Names & Advice On How To Be A Good Guild Leader On WoW?

Hey Guys,


i would like to make a guild but i really cant think of a name for it...


i like serious names such as Azeroth Allegency but it has baready been taken,


also this would be my first Guild i have made therefor i dont really know how to be a good guild master please could you give me some tips on.. ranks, how to be a good leader, Messages of the day, things like that thanks :DNames %26amp; Advice On How To Be A Good Guild Leader On WoW?
Ok firstly about names - Try to make it things that you will do, nobody can really give you a name, fi you are going to take the guild far, it has to come from the heart. Make it short and easy to remember.





For advice, the best thing you can do is be nice, get some rules set down and be sure to make sure everyone new knows these rules. Send them a copy of the rules via. mail and make sure that they fully understand what these rules mean. Tell all members that they are welcome to come to you for assistance (if you are not willing to do this then you are not ready to make a guild), you need to be relitavely good to help people out alot.





Make sure people know their role in the guild. And they will always be loyal, reward good behaviour and punish bullying within your guild. kick people who are making it had to work with and progress through the ranks.
