What advice would you give to a first time mother, and how would that differ from something you might?

say to a woman who has had several children?What advice would you give to a first time mother, and how would that differ from something you might?
There's something I heard in an old James Stewart movie that is always quite helpful.

';In the history of the world, there has never been a child brought up right.';

Therefore, don't worry about it and enjoy the ride!

I would say that to any mother.

Peace,

JennWhat advice would you give to a first time mother, and how would that differ from something you might?
every child is so so different i have 2 girls who were born the same weight lenght and everything but to watch then now they are completly different , i first yr of you childs life, you will learn more then you would learn in a life time.

sit back enjoy the ride and get heaps of sleep, cause when baby is born she will want feeding every 3-4 yrs, when she sleeps you sleep and make the most off her when she is little cause they grow up so so quick and then they answer you back and be very very naughty as my girls are doing now cause i'm on the computer. also lots of people will have heaps of advice to give you listen to it, but does not mean thats how you will do it, take it all abored and find out which way you will do it and whats easier.

also don't be to scared when babys here, to ask of help if you need it.. good luck with you baby girl you will be fine, my two girls are the best thing that has ever happened to me.
Parents with many children often learn how things work with experience. So giving them advice isn't really too helpful...
Proper care should be given to your child. That is the only advice from me.
Take every peice of advice you receive with a grain of salt. Its all relative.
