I want to lose weight, can you give me some advice how?

Im not desperate to lose weight, butt umm i just have a slight stomach coming on mee, dont wanna be unfit and unhealthy.

jus need some yahoo advice!I want to lose weight, can you give me some advice how?
The best thing NOT to do is try a crash diet, this merely bloats you and makes your skin unhealthy and create a regular sense of fatigue and tiredness.

I would recommend eating healthy, balanced diet and focus on eating a healthy breakfast every morning. Something with fruit and carbs such as weetabix is great and will stop you snacking through the day.

As well as this, do plenty of excercise but don't try and push yourself to extremes. At least half an hour a day and you'll drop weight gradually and healthily.

The best tip is to drink 2 pints of water a day. One in the morning and oone before bed. It washes all the toxins out of your body while keeping it healthy on the inside. This will prove to have results on the outside too!

hope you Like these tips! Good luck.I want to lose weight, can you give me some advice how?
i go to the gym for an hour and a swim for a hour every day of the week works for me and i still get to eat what i wanna eat
You need to either eat less calories or burn off more calories. Excess calories get stored in the body as fat, in case of emergency (e.g. famine).

I found out the other day that full flavour cherry cola has 900 calories per 2 litre bottle, whereas diet cola has 0 calories.

900 is quite a lot. An average adult women uses 2000 calories a day.

Some people perceive themselves as being fat when they are skinny, so I have started using a cheap weighing scale that also measures the percentage of fat in my body. At the moment I am 24% fat, apparently, (55% water and 21% other bits e.g. bogies). I have heard that when you get below 7% fat you get a six pack.

I also want to get a mobile with a camera so I can take weekly photos of myself. The reason for this is: changes happen slowly so if you keep checking every day you can be fooled into thinking you are not getting anywhere when in fact you are. With a weekly photo you can see clearly the progress you are making.
Less in - FOOD

More out - EXERCISE
start weight training, eat a bit better, cut down alcohol - usual answers to usual questions.
