Please advice how to overcome the concentration problem?

hi friends,i'm a 20 year guy.i'm undergoing my articleship in a CA firm,but i'm facing a problem of concentration.i find it difficult to concentrate on work given to me.I've noticed this problem from last 9 months.please advice how to overcome this problemPlease advice how to overcome the concentration problem?
Before that, you have to know about the age. That is 20. At this age, every boy and girl's mind will not stay at one place. If you are in this kind of problem, with yoga or other some exercies will not help. You must have will power. To get that, read the articles of great persons, or some quotations which will help you to bring out the will power. No need to divert the mind, if you divert once again you'll face the same problems.


These articles or quotations will help you in analysing the situations i.e., more work to your brain. It may look hard for some time, when you start doing it will definitely help you alot.Please advice how to overcome the concentration problem?
Take a garland of beads.Every day either in the morning or evening,at a convenient time sit in a closed room with proper ventillation.Sit erect.Rotate the garland by using one hand and count the beads by the mind.Even lips should not move.Do this for around 10 minutes every day and slowly increase the duration to 30 minutes.Write the total numbers counted at the conclusion of the session.You would soon get the power of concentration.You also study the number for 10 minutes,15 minutes and 20 minutes and see whether there is any marked change or uniformity in the conuted numbers.
Hai ,I am also doing my articleship , you need to take a short break as you have worked for some time in a row just for five minutes take a walk or drink some water or a small chat with friends can help you refresh your mind and then you may get back to work, do this as you get tied gradually you may improve your skills .Keep a positive attitude to work dont get stressed eat healthy and sleep well .
nothing works better than meditation , i bet you could easily overcome your concentration problem through meditation also you will attain a new pleasurable life,meditation become easy when you practice daily ,you should make it a must in our day to today life like eating ,drinking..
Very simple.





Good sleep, balanced diet, exercise, quality recreation, shower early in the morning and before bed time, yoga, true spirituality and most importantly drug, smoke, alcohol and vice free life style. Try it and see the results for your self!!
try to do meditation!!!!!!
simply...just have some 15 min free time n do yoga. Really it works..just do little meditation, it will help u a lot!!!!!!
