honestly, you are more than thin. 6'4'; onlly 130lbs is very unhealthy. your body might be eating itself (burning your muscles) for energy. first off, i really suggest you start eating a lot! make sure you get more than enough calories ...just eat everything in sight.
you need to eat everything you can because you obviously are not eating enough currently. your body is not getting enough calories to support itself. working out requires a lot of energy and unless you eat, anything you do in the gym won't result in any muscle growth.
so, assuming you eat a lot from now on and i guess you're relatively new to working out, concentrate on 3 lifts: benchpress, squats, and deadlifts. you can google those if you don't know what they are. try for 3-4 workouts, 1 hour each per week with rest days in between workouts so your muscles can grow/repair.Any advice on how to get buff?
Buy the book Super Squats by Randall Strossen. It will explain everything.
Work out all summer, and come back next year stronger.
I think your best bet would be to consult a doc first to make sure you are okay to begin an exercise regimine, and then I would join a gym in your area and consult one of their fitness trainers.
Yeah. Work out for a long time and stay dedicated.
